Suggested Use
As a food supplement, adults take one (1) capsule daily.
Caution / Warning
Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for use by those under the age of 18 or pregnant or nursing mothers. Consult with a physician prior to use, especially if you are taking a medication, have a medical condition, or are under medical supervision.
Diabetics / Hypoglycemics: Use only under a doctor's supervision because this product contains chromium, which may enhance insulin sensitivity and may affect your blood glucose levels.
